The last few days has seen another batch of service changes coming through. The headlines here being a few late notices for DJ Watts (Torbay Buses) which all happened back in October and Stagecoach service 12 timetable change after the roadworks.
The Cornish ones are more interesting:
Plymouth Citybus have taken on the work of Summercourt Travel Ltd – Travel Cornwall. This work being the routes operated for Transport for Cornwall.
From what I gather the owner of the business is retiring so Citybus has taken over the operations. They are renting the land and for now operating the services using Travel Cornwall's buses. I'm not sure if these are ‘loaned’ or have actually been acquired. I am sure more details will emerge in due course.
