Quickie Post

I was unable to post over the weekend as normal – but to be honest there was nothing to post. There have been no new notices through the usual download for the second week despite July being the busiest month across the country by some margin, just not very much in Devon & Cornwall.

There are a lot of new timetables coming up though with 1st – 2nd September seeing lots of new timetables across Devon & Cornwall. I have started downloading these as I come across them – the next few weeks are going to be busy!

Details of all these changes will appear here as they become known.

One other quick snippet for now:

The Go North West E200s are being repainted with just the one left in service on orange and blue. The others are now starting to get the tramlines added to their base red livery. The one I have seen on Facebook does actually look quite smart. A few small tweaks to the application had made a difference. One notable difference is just how large the Go Ahead name is on these buses, pretty much the same size as the Citybus logo. Not sure if this will be appearing on all future repaints yet or indeed if its a new group instruction to highlight the group name across the board.
