This next batch are all for May, including a couple of festival specials. The new route for 1A in Plymstock is of interest and includes hints of other changes to follow for Plymouth – for the 2 at least!

Stagecoach Southwest are losing money faster than any of the other 13 Stagecoach companies. Is it time the bus industry was renationalized?
ReplyDeleteProof? And no exactly the same with the rail industry. Nationalisation just means more strikes, poor service. It never works.
DeleteI think there's a huge case to renationalise the rail services, not so much buses - i do think that franchising could be a better way forward for bus services, if the demand is met. It's a tricky balance now with more cars on the road than ever. I do not believe that Nationalisation would mean poor service or more strikes...
