Devon & Cornwall Transit 2021: Week 50

It is time for the usual weekly (albeit a day late) look back on what has been published on the Registered Local Bus Services site over the last week. As always click through for more details including timetables and maps.

There have been quite a few notices published over the last week including

• Plymouth Citybus – a few minor adjustments to services in Cornwall from the 4th January
• Stagecoach – new timetables and increased services for Falcon from 9th January and new timetable for UNI service. Then the 23rd January sees a batch of changes in Exeter and North Devon (mainly reductions due to staffing levels)
• Country Bus. Service 360 ends mid February
• St Ives Bus – late notice for the cancellation of school service 3 which actually ceased from the end of October

The timetable will retain a 15 min frequency between Barnstaple & Bideford 815/821/921 Timetables are amended with changes to timings at Barnstaple Bus Station. An additional night service is introduced on a Thursday evening, meaning night buses will operate Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Chaddlewood, St Maurice 19-Dec-2021 Temporary frequency reduction during school holiday period PLYMOUTH CITYBUS LTD In fact there are several more services with reduced operation over the next 2 weeks although unusually for Citybus these are not coming through on their web site which mentions that some services are changing but the link goes nowhere. Timetables seem not to have been updated there either yet.
