The usual weekly look back on what has been published on the Registered Local Bus Services site over the last week. Click on the licence numbers for full details on each route including timetables and maps where available.
Well at least it would be – but there are no new ones to report this week!
There will be at least one to report next week as I see that Plymouth Citybus has a new registration in for their the new 54 to Bovisand. In fact I expect quite a few to come through for end of May full summer season services to start coming through over the next week or so.
Sadly the 54 wont have these fine buses on it…

May not be an open top Atlantean, but my money is on it being the open top E400 that was branded up for Christmas! (I’d suspect the reindeer would have been peeled off by now but I’d not be surprised if not!)
ReplyDeleteyou never know - that would be good though. I thought it wasnt possible to run DDs there these days? although if they get out there and tree lop then maybe?
DeleteBe good if it was open top with the expected staycation predicted for 2021 and other big companies in the area reveling there battle plans maybe an open top on the 54 could be a cash cow for pcb
ReplyDeleteCityBus only has two open-toppers, so unless they acquire or convert another one I can't see the 54 getting one, as they will want to make sure at least one is available for the 25 each day.
Deletethey have three - the two Enviro 400s and they still have V905FEC as far as I am aware. (I am not counting 358 although they do still have her too!)
DeleteInteresting that no-one has commented yet on the young lad seemingly trying to change the destination display on 458 in the photo!
