Devon & Cornwall Transit 2021 Week 8

The usual weekly look back on what has been published on the Registered Local Bus Services site over the last week. Click on the licence numbers for full details on each route including timetables and maps where available.

A few different things going on here:

• Patricia Wright cancelling their Polperro shuttle. It remains to be seen if a new registration will go in at some point.
• Gary Daniels cancel Pats Flexibus – no idea what this is or if its still running anyway?
• First South West. Lots of new services registered for the new season. These were all originally due to start in April but were very quickly amended to the 16th when the new lockdown  “roadmap” was launched last week.
• Plymouth Citybus: A change to the 34 in Cornwall from this weekend, and a few seasonal changes due at the end of March. It remains to be seen if these also get delayed but I suspect they will stick to their planned dates as they are mostly around Sunday services.
• Summercourt Travel (Travel Cornwall) one more service changes in April.

I suspect we will start to see a lot of changes coming through over the next few weeks as operators start to plan for services as lockdown eases. There will also be a lot of short notice changes as school services restart shortly, although how many of these get published remains to be seen. Its going to get busy…
