Plymouth Citybus really are pulling out all the stops for Christmas…
469 has been repainted and fitted with a great looking light up display for Christmas.
Look out for our Santa Bus, touring Cornwall from the 5th - 13th December!
After what has been a really hard year for many, we are hoping to bring Christmas cheer to all of Cornwall!
We will be touring Cornwall over the 9 days, and will try to visit as many areas as possible.
We hope it helps to bring you all a little joy when many Christmas traditions such as Grotto's are shut.

December 11th: 4pm start: Newquay to St. Austell - St.Austell Bus Station (4.30pm) - route 30 stopping at every stop and then back to St. Austell Bus Station. 5.30pm - route 27 as far as Carglaze Business Park, stopping at every stop. Then onto route 27 back to St. Austell Bus Station. Leave at 6pm to do route 25 as far as Carlyon Bay Hotel, stopping at every stop. Back to bus staion. Route will then be repeated. December 12th:
December 13th: 4pm - Service 47 from Truro to Camborne.

I suspect the red repaint will come in handy when this one inevitably ends up on the ‘beach bus’ 54 service!

DeleteI well remember travelling by open top on service 54 to and from Bovisand back in the 1970s. I Wilson remember as a small child travelling back from Bovisand one wet afternoon on a WN Bristol L.
