The last week on social media and elsewhere from the local operators and others that you might have missed for the week just gone 4th - 10th May:

 

Saturday 4 May

Plymouth Citybus:

We are unfortunately not able to operate the service 9 due to depart the city centre for Efford at 18:35. The next Efford service will be the service 8 at 19:05. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

We are unfortunately unable to operate the Service 43 journeys due to depart the City Centre for Ernesettle at 18:30 & 19:30. The next service 43 in each case will be 30 minutes later. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

As an update to our previous post the 19.30 service 43 departing the city centre will run as scheduled thanks to a driver working over their time. The 18.30 will still be unable to operate and the next service will be at 19.00. We apologise for any inconvenience.

First Kernow:

Due To Mechanical Failure 09.35 47 Service From Truro Is Not Running At The Moment Will keep You Up To Date On This. Just To Let you know The 09.35 47 Services From Truro Is Up And Running It Is Running About 20Mins Late (JC)

Service 87, the 1121 from St Agnes to Truro is currently being delayed by a badly parked car on British Road, St Agnes blocking part of the highway. We apologise for this delay which is beyond our control.

Stagecoach:

PLYMOUTH the 1015 1 service from Tavistock will not be running due to technical issues, we are sorry for the delays

#Paignton Currently a incident between Collation St.Mary - Tweenaway Cross. The Police have currently closed the A385 Totnes Rd in both directions, We will update you as more information becomes available.

Sunday 5 May

Plymouth Citybus:

We are unfortunately not able to operate the Service 16 due to depart the City Centre for Kings Tamerton at 16:32. The next Service 16 will be at 17:02. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

We are unfortunately not able to operate the Service 33 due to depart the City Centre for Keyham at 17:17. The next Service 33 will be at 17:47. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

First Kernow:

U1 14:35 off Truro will be running late due to a third party accident. Heads up this may have affect on the following U1 & U2 services

What a lovely day why not have a ride on a open top bus from Penzance to st ives or st ives to lands end

Stagecoach:

Exeter - Due to operational issues the 10:49 'R' Service from Heavitree Bridge to the City Centre Isn't running, the Service will resume as normal from the High Street at 11:08. Passengers are advised to catch the 10:47 or 11:00 'S' Service from Lidl, Our apologies.

Barnstaple Due to heavy traffic in Braunton Service 21 and 21a are suffering delays of 20 mins.

Monday 6 May

Plymouth Citybus:

First Kernow:

Camborne x the 0612 47 to Troon is running 5 mins late as we had a bit of a leak(cp)

Route 223 to Truro College. We have a poorly driver this morning. A substitute is on his way but there will be a delay of around 15 minutes. We are very sorry X

Exeter - 08:45 5'5C' Service will be leaving Paris St Approx. 15Mins Late, Sorry for any Inconvenience!

Exeter - Due to a vehicle breakdown the 08:23 'E' Service from Exwick to the High Street is not running, our apologies. #Exeter - Due to a vehicle breakdown the 08:52 'E' Service from Exwick to Lancelot Road is not running, our apologies. Exeter - Due to a vehicle breakdown the 09:07 'E' Service from Lancelot road to Exwick is not running, our apologies. Exeter - Due to a vehicle breakdown the 09:44 'F2' Service from Exwick to the High Street is not running, our apologies. The service will resume in the High street at 10:08 to Pinhoe.

Tuesday 7 May

Plymouth Citybus:

We are getting reports of an incident at Royal William Yard which is delaying the current OCS trip and the inbound Service 34 from Derriford at 1215. This could affect the 1325 service 34 departing Royal Parade as well both buses are stuck there at this moment. We do apologise. Service update Royal William Yard is now returning to normal sorry for any inconvenience.

Customer services will be closing shortly at 5pm today when the shop will take on answering any calls until 6pm on the usual number. We look forward to speaking to you again tomorrow from 8am on 01752 662271. Have a pleasant evening.

First Kernow:

St Austell, RTC on lower South Street close to the Meva Roundabouts. All our services in St Austell are either delayed or diverted by this incident.

Sadly the service 5 - Penzance to Lower Sheffield at 17:20 is running 25 minutes late due to a passenger falling ill . We have got another vehicle to replace this

Exeter - Due to congestion 09:44 'F2' Service from the High Street to Exwick is not running, our apologies.

Wednesday 8 May

Plymouth Citybus:

Service Update : Service 41 from Royal Parade at 0835 unfortunately has broken down and will not be running. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Due to a RTC blocking Saltash Rd, services 5/5A & 21/21A are diverting via St Levan Rd & Wolseley Rd in both directions to/from Camels head. We currently have buses stuck which will cause disruption to these services. - Saltash Rd has now re-opened with buses returning to normal working. there will be a short period of disruption to services 5/5A, 21/21A whilst we try to get the stuck buses back to normal service. thank you for your patience

Due to operational problems the service 70B due to depart Royal Parade at 18:20 will operate approximately 20 minutes late. We apologise for any inconvenience.

First Kernow:

Service 214A, Par-Truro College. Morning all! Please look out for a yellow Bendy Bus on this service this morning. (AK)

07.13 46 service Redruth to Truro is running 10 mins late due to accident damage on issued vehicle so vehicle changed (RG)

Truro college students', please be aware that the 226 dupe from Quintrell downs to college will not be running this morning, please catch the main 226

07.05/08.05 M6 Penzance to Mousehole services are not running due to vehicle being used to cover school service

Accident on A39 between Playing place and Truro is currently blocked all college services and U1 services using this road will be delayed(RG) Due to the accident on the A39 between Playing Place and Truro U1 services are know running late this is having a knock on affect for the U2 services as well (RG)

Sadly the L1 service from Cornwall College to the Lizard is running an hour late due to a breakdown. The service is now up and running. Sorry for the delay.

#Barnstaple Due to a breakdown the 0643 5b from Bideford Quay will be delayed 30mins. Sorry for any inconvenience

#Exeter - Due to a vehicle breakdown the 07:00 '2' service from Kingsteignton to Exeter is not running, our apologies.

#Barnstaple #Exeter Due to a breakdown the 0805 5b will be delayed. Sorry for any inconvenience

Barnstaple Due to operational issues the 0825 21 Bideford to Barnstaple will not operate. Sorry for any inconvenience

#Barnstaple Due to an Accident and Police road closure at Holsworthy Beacon the 0932 85 From Holsworthy will be delayed 25 mins and will not be able to serve Holsworthy Beacon

#Plymouth Dartmouth 1030 to Plymouth will not be running due to technical issues. The 1140 from Kingsbridge will be running as normal. Sorry for the inconvenience

Torbay The 12:30 39 service from Exeter will not be running due to a breakdown

Barnstaple Due to a RTA the road from South Molton to Meshaw is closed, all 155 services will be diverting via the A361, sorry for any inconvenience.

Thursday 9 May

Plymouth Citybus:

Service update:1010 28A from Asda to Royal Parade has had a breakdown. We will be running the service shortly however it will be running late. Currently this will impact the 1100 Service 28 departure from Royal Parade also which we are trying to cover. Sorry for the inconvenience Service Update : We have managed to cover the 11am departure of the 28 from Royal Parade so this will be running as normal.

Service update 14:02: There is a serious RTC on the A38 near Truelfoot involving Air Ambulance so there are diversions to service 11 which may cause late running on 11 and 11a services. Sorry for any inconvenience.

First Kernow:

Sorry for the delay but the 16.05 Camborne to Truro is not running due to vehicle breaking down with hand brake fault.

16.50 T1 Truro to Camborne will not be running due door failure engineering are attending.

The 17:15 92 from Truro is currently running 20 minutes late due to an incident at St Agnes on the 87 holding the bus up.

Stagecoach:

Barnstaple Due to a road closure the 5b will be unable to serve Instow Quay.

#Barnstaple The 1350 155 service from South Molton to Exeter is running 60mins late apologies

Barnstaple Services 5B, 75, 75A, 75B & 85 are diverted and suffering severe delays due to an RTC on the A386 between Bideford & Landcross. Services running 60+ minutes late. Sorry for any inconvenience #Barnstaple Service 15 is operating with 1 vehicle instead of 2 for the remainder of the day due to traffic congestion in Bideford and the vehicle being used to cover 75 short workings between Bideford/Affinity Outlet & Londonderry Farm. Sorry for any inconvenience

#Barnstaple 1755 21 service from Ilfracombe not running due to a breakdown. Sorry about that.

Barnstaple the 2000 5B from Exeter Paris Street will be leaving at 2035 due to the road closure in Torrington/Bideford

Falcon:

PLYMOUTH the 0821 Falcon service from Marley Head is currently delayed due to technical difficulties, we have another coach on route and hope to have the service up and running again soon, we are sorry for the delays

The 07:50 Falcon service from Plymouth to Bristol is running approx. 60 minutes late. Stops affected: Exeter, Sidmouth rd: 08:57 Exeter, Honiton rd: 09:06 Bristol Airport: 10:40 Bristol: 11:15.

Dartline:

173 last service from Chagford to Exeter TODAY We cannot get to Chagford town centre due to a damaged vehicle in the narrow pinch point between Easton X and Chagford.

Friday 10 May

Plymouth Citybus:

The 08:15 service 70 from the city centre to Cremyll has broken down at Western Approach. Engineers are on the way but unfortunately this service will run late. We apologise for any inconvenience. Service update: The service 70 that was due to depart the city centre at 08:15 is currently running 30 minutes late due to a breakdown.

There is currently major congestion in the Plymouth Rd to Marsh Mills area. This is causing disruption to services in the area. Please allow more time for your journey.

1520 Service 11A from Padstow has unfortunately broken down at Bodmin Mount Folly at 1613. This service will unfortunately now not run until the next service 11A gets there at 1723, we apologise for the inconvenience

Unfortunately we have not been able to run the 1725 service 51 from Royal Parade due to a smashed windscreen. The next service 51 from Royal Parade will be at 1745. Sorry for the inconvenience.

First Kernow:

Good morning from Falmouth. All buses are out on time. Look out for our Lizard double decker and green coach helping out on U3s this morning. DA

U3 is currently unable to serve Marlborough Road due to an accident. Apologies for the inconvenience. DA

sorry the 0948 to St Ives is not running from Camborne

Camborne x 1125 from Camborne to Truro is not running at the moment as we have a poorly bus.(cp)

U3 is now able to serve Marlborough Road as normal. (DA) Camborne x1250 T2 now running from Truro (cp)

The 17:35 A5 Padstow to Newquay has currently broken down, we are in the process of putting a replacement bus out. Apologies for this delay

The 212 college service from Truro to Boscastle has currently broken down with a water leak at Camelford. Engineering are on the way. Apologies to any students aboard

The 18:50 87 Newquay to Truro is currently stationary in St Agnes due to an illegally parked car blocking its path. Police have been informed

Falcon:

Due to technical issues, the 08:30 Falcon service from Plymouth will not operate. Falcon have advised that passengers are welcome to board the 9am service.

Stagecoach:

Barnstaple unfortunately due to an operational difficulty the 0705 155 will operate 15 minutes late, sorry for any inconvenience.

#Plymouth 1430 from Dartmouth Is not running due to Technical issues.

Barnstaple, due to a breakdown on the 128, the 1653 from Poughill will be delayed, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
