Bus services across Devon & Cornwall that are due to change in the next week ( 24-30 December). As usual click on the licence number to go through to the main route page where you will find the full licence details and route history although some of these pages are still being updated…

There are no proper changes as such but the new licences for Target Travel come into use this week so are included here for completeness:

Christmas Services: Plymouth Citybus

On Christmas Eve and New Years Eve our services will terminate early, at around 8pm.  This is so drivers are able to spend time with their families over the festive period. 

Bus services will run as follows: 

• Monday 24th December: Monday to Friday School Holidays, services ending from 20:00
• Tuesday 25th December: No service
• Wednesday 26th December: No service
• Thursday 27th December: Monday to Friday School Holidays
• Friday 28th December: Monday to Friday School Holidays
• Saturday 29th December: Saturday Service
• Sunday 30th December: Sunday Service
• Monday 31st December: Monday to Friday School Holidays, services ending from 20:00
• Tuesday 1st January: No Service
• Wednesday 2nd January: Monday to Friday School Holidays

 

Christmas Services: Stagecoach

• Monday 24th December - Saturday service*, with last buses approximately 20:00. Service H will not serve Exeter Quay. Service N21 will not operate.
• Tuesday 25th December - No Service
• Wednesday 26th December - Special timetables on the following services:
• Exeter routes 5, 9, 57, A , E , F2, Torbay route 12 North Devon route 21 Plymouth routes 1, 2/2A
• Thursday 27th December - Saturday service*. Service N21 will not operate.
• Friday 28th December - Saturday service* including service N21.
• Saturday 29th December - normal Saturday service.
• Sunday 30th December - normal Sunday service.
• Monday 31st December - Saturday service*, with last buses approximately 20:00. Service H will not serve Exeter Quay, and service N21 will not operate.
• Tuesday 1st January 2019 - No service
• Wednesday 2nd January - Normal Wednesday School Holiday service
• Thursday 3rd January - Normal Thursday School Holiday service
• Friday 4th January - Normal Friday School Holiday service.
• School term timetables resume on Monday 7th January 2019.

The South West Falcon will operate the following service over the festive period:

Except a weekday (excluding Christmas and Boxing Day) timetable will be provided on the following services: -

• 38 (Camborne – Helston)
• 39 (Camborne – Helston)
• 39A (Camborne – Penzance)
• 101 (Luxulyan – St Austell via Eden Project)
• ‘Park for Truro’
• 66 (Penryn - Truro) will operate on 28th Only

Christmas Day Tuesday 25 December: No service

Boxing Day Wednesday 26 December: No service

Saturday 29 December: Normal Saturday timetable

Sunday 30 December: Normal Sunday timetable

New Year’s Eve Monday 31 December, Wednesday 2, Thursday 3 and Friday 4 January : Normal Saturday timetable,

Tuesday 1 January (Service 101 only will operate a public holiday timetable on New Year’s Day)
