Its quite fitting that DT 50, the 100th in the joint Devon / Cornwall Transit series should be such a big one. There is plenty going on here with some major timetable changes (reductions) by Stagecoach starting right now and also quite a lot of changes for Plymouth Citybus next week.I am still getting to grips with the new VOSA web site which has a much better search option and look than the old site but is still missing the one key feature - the ability to check licence changes by date. It remains to be seen if and when this comes back but for now I will be relying on the N&P editions, which may or may not be going weekly in future?

- Devon CC: Stagecoach are making changes to services 13 and 13B from 28th November. This follows the ending of funding for additional journeys between Torbay Hospital and Totnes from Torbay Council and from Devon County Council for additional journeys serving Aller. The service will now operate between Newton Abbot and Brixham via Aller Brake Road, The Willows, Torbay Hospital, Marldon, Foxhole and South Devon College. The section of route to Totnes will no longer be served. The Saturday and Sunday service is withdrawn.

- From 28 November we are introducing a new timetable on our X46 service.
- The service will be renumbered '46' and run Monday to Saturday with 4 journeys a day in either direction, delivering key commuter and leisure trips. Buses will continue to serve Kingskerswell and there will be an additional stop at Matford Park & Ride, proving new connections to Marsh Barton, Exe Bridges and South Street. A change in usage patterns, developed during the South Devon Highway construction, has resulted in a significant drop in passenger numbers necessitating the new timetable to help try and continue to run the service in the longer term.
- Departures from Torquay Strand will be at 0700 (school days) or 0715 (school holidays), 1000, 1230 and 1600. Departures from Exeter bus station will be at 0840, 1115, 1445 and 1730. The first departure from Torbay and the last from Exeter will also serve Paignton bus station. New timetables will be available online and in print shortly.

For all other journeys, concessionary passes are not valid however our special £5 return fare2 is available at any time excluding 0445-0930 Monday to Friday.
