After unspecified "problems" the MAN EcoCity Orange Flash fleet did not enter service on Monday but the last I heard was they might be out today (Wednesday 7th).
well they clearly do work, and have been working for a few years. Once a few teething problems have been sorted out I am sure they will prove to be good additions to the fleet.
I am so sorry that you are never going to get First back in Plymouth - but don't be too hard on Citybus. As Graham said, they obviously do work and other operators have found them successful. Perhaps you could give Citybus just a tiny little bit of credit for trying to make the air a bit cleaner. I still worry about putting 'There in a flash' on a gas bus, though.

Staff were expecting them to start Sun 4 Dec alongside the other service changes but on the day told me they didn't due to 'technical issues'.
ReplyDelete'Unspecifie problems' means a gas leak! Typical incompetent PCB buying buses that don't work
