Plymouth Citybus 30 August Changes

With so many changes coming up its not easy keeping up with everything. Over the coming weeks as the new timetables get published we will be putting it all together here and and also on my sister Plymothian Bus Services site.

Lets start off with Plymouth Citybus timetable changes on the 30th August:

We will be introducing a number of changes to our network on the 30th August 2015 The changes come after the recent news of a £5m investment in new buses for the City, the first 11 of which will hit the streets on the 1st September. 

10 / 10A / 10B – Changes to route and timetable

From  Oaklands Green inbound 10 journeys will operate via Warraton Rd and Callington Rd to Fore St. Outbound 10A journeys will operate from Fore St via Callington Rd and Warraton Rd to Oaklands Green. Inbound journeys serve Frobisher Dr. Evening and Sundays 10B will be as route 10 outbound and 10A inbound, evening services do not serve Frobisher Dr, Spencer Gardens or Lynher Dr. 

10 Plymouth City Centre - Saltash City Centre

10A Plymouth City Centre - Saltash City Centre

10B Plymouth City Centre - Saltash - Plymouth City Centre

 

 

11 – Changes to timetable (plus school diversion)

Most inbound journeys run 5 mins later. First two outbound journeys diverted via Saltash School. 

11 Plymouth - Saltash - Landrake - Tideford - Liskeard Timetable

12 – Changes to timetable (plus school diversion)

Clock face departure at 0925. Extra time in afternoon school bus at Callington. No longer serve Marhamchurch. Some buses diverted in Saltash for school or college. Additional bus from the north to serve Callington School and Saltash College.

12 Plymouth - Saltash - Callington - Launceston - Bude Timetable

 

All above services will continue to maintain a 7/8 minute frequency from Saltash Fore Street

32 – Changes to timetable

Extra Journey from 30^th August, plus additional Mon to Sat evening journey at 2127 from Royal Parade to Torpoint. New hourly Sunday Service to Torpoint and two hourly onto Cremyll.

32A Plymouth City Centre - Torpoint - Seaton - Liskeard Timetable (unchanged from 2014)

32B Plymouth City Centre - Torpoint - Crafthole - Millbrook Timetable

 

35 / 35A – Changes to route and timetable

[Plymothian Bus Services 35]

New 35A service running alternate to 35 following current route to junction of Ham Dr and Recreation Rd, then Recreation Road, Beacon Park Rd, North Prospect Rd and Ham Dr. Joining current route from junction of Ham Dr and Merrivale Rd to Royal Parade.

50 – Changes to timetable (plus new buses)

Retimed to address issues raised by drivers. Introduction of brand new Enviro 400 buses in YellowFlash livery from 1^stSeptember.

74 – Changes to timetable

[Plymothian Bus Services 74]

Some early morning journeys between Pensilva and Callington withdrawn.
