    I would have thought that PCB or maybe even First would look to bring back the open top scenic circular. The old 54 used to do so well in its 1980s heyday when it was really reasonably priced before Guide Friday killed it off. I can remember travelling on it as a kid, my mum paying for 2 i 3 trips for me while she went off shopping lol. The 1988 Armada Tour was also really good. A regular open top service every 15 or 20 minutes would be a real asset for the Barbican and Hoe.
