At first I have to admit this is all a bit of a puzzle, so I can only assume it is a bit of a tidying up episode by VOSA. The Robert Risk licence is one of two used by Target Travel so this is probably just to get everything under the Target Travel licence rather than anything more significant. The one thing I am not sure about is the X77 as I don't recall this route ever being operated by Target?   With all of this going on it did remind me to go back and check the Target Travel website which was promising an update way back in June. As you can see its still the same!
