PLYMOUTH Citybus passengers will receive a bonus if they go shopping on the Barbican from September 22. Many businesses are offering discounts of between five and 20 per cent to anybody producing a valid Freedom Card or a same-day Citybus DayRider ticket. Participating shops will be displaying a bright yellow 'Discount Zone' sticker in their window to advise shoppers of their participation
