Plymouth City Council has shortlisted two companies to help it redevelop the Civic Centre site. The authority has been considering what course of action to take since it was revealed that the Civic Centre was in need of major structural repairs that would cost at least £10million to complete. Options include building a mixed-use development on the Civic Centre site which would accommodate council staff and provide new homes for the city's Central Library and museum. This is Plymouth
This will be a major development and could have a massive impact on Plymouth City Centre. Lets just hope that the wait will be worth it...
