The Railway Touring Company’s steam excursion from London to Plymouth featuring Princess Royal Class locomotive 46201 Princess Elizabeth from Bristol to Plymouth and back.
It is due to arrive at 13:30 and depart at 16:30. These times are liable to change of course.
Full details are here and its probably worth checking before making a trip to see it - this trip was actually postponed at short notice from July.
