The approach down the outside lane from Cornwall into Devon over the Tamar Bridge ends with this building site at the moment. It will end up as the new 'Tolls Plaza'. Its not just designed as a pretty shelter over the toll booths as it also incorporates the new Electronic toll collection equipment.
