Thanks to my mate Nick who informs me that the City Council have at last started buying new vans again after a break of at least a year. Several of these Vauxhall vans have been delivered including VX06LNU seen above. I assume that these have not been supplied by the local Vauxhall dealer as they don't carry Westcountry registration numbers?
